Shown here on oak, Osmo White Foundation is a very popular finish. White Foundation is just that ... Polyx Hardwax Oil with a small amount of titanium dioxide white pigment. The finish is virtually as you would see the timber before coating. It keeps the timber light and slightly accentuates the grain.

Shown here on oak, WoodWax White is the next step up from White Foundation. The finish shows a very distinct white 'Limewash' effect. The process is one coat of Woodwax White brushed sparingly into the grain, followed by two coats of Osmo Polyx Hardwax Oil applied by roller or brush.
